Hey you, welcome! My name is Halli and I am so excited you're here.
A little bit about me - I have never been the "athletic" one, that was my sister's job. I was the kid who spent my days curled up in bed with a book, and then when I got older, rolling around on a theater floor.
After being diagnosed with a serious mental health disorder and being in an unhealthy relationship, I fell into a very dark hole. As a coping technique, I ate everything in sight. My once strict vegan diet became filled with whole pizzas and apple pies. I would stand in front of the mirror and tear myself a part. I hated who I was and had become a hermit in order to avoid the outside world seeing me.
I knew I needed to make a change. I knew I needed to get healthy not only in my body, but in my mind too... I just had no idea how to do it.
So, I decided to document my journey with an Instagram account and ended up becoming a fitness coach. I love sharing what I’ve learned along the way and my mission is to spark others' ambition to start working towards their goals.
